Why Are Our Buyer Agents So Successful?

Today I want to talk about why you should consider hiring us and our buyer agents to help you find your next home. If you’ve been talking at all with one of our agents, whether it was Mike, Cindy, Patrick, Tim, or myself, I wanted to give you some background information on us and explain why you should be working with us if you want the best deal on a home purchase.

We are a team of agents, complete with a full-time closing coordinator that will get you where you need to be when it comes to closing and make sure that you get the best terms as well. There are certain things that our team does that other agents don’t. For example, if you wanted to sell your home in the first 18 months after you’ve bought it, we would sell it for free for you. Also, if we can’t negotiate a home warranty for you on your home purchase, we will step in and buy one for you.

A lot of people don’t interview multiple agents when buying a house. It’s important to do that, so you know they know what they’re doing. A recent buyer I met with was in a pickle because the buyer agent he signed with didn’t have him sign an escalation clause. He didn’t even know what an escalation clause was, so I didn’t want to add insult to injury. I felt bad for him, because that’s something his agent should have explained to him. An escalation clause allows you to set a number you want to pay, and how much you are willing to pay over the next highest bid on the property, up to a certain amount. That would have helped him save nearly $10,000 on his home purchase.

I wanted to explain this little tidbit of information to you today to make sure you understand that when you’re looking for an agent, interview a few people and make sure they know what they are doing.

If you have any questions for us, feel free to give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you!
