There are a lot of different things you can do to get your home ready for sale this spring. Today I’ll mention a few of the top things that home sellers in Charlotte can do.

Take care of general maintenance issues. Clean your gutters, mow your lawn, update your landscaping, etc.
Run a full equity evaluation on your home to determine how long it would take it to sell and what it might sell for.
You’ll also need to declutter and depersonalize your home. Get rid of all the extra stuff sitting on your counter tops and clear out your closets.
I would also request our 75-point photography checklist. This will get your home ready for our photographer when he comes out to shoot your home.

Another thing I would recommend is to get ready to sell your home early this spring. The spring market will be here before you know it, so get a move on with these preparations.
